Hey everybody!

I just returned home from a great weekend in London. I went to visit a friend there who is au-pair in a small town west of London. I flew to Stansted airport yesterday morning and we stayed at a YHA in Soho. Yesterday afternoon we went to see the Buckingham Palace, the Big Ben and made a long walk alongside the river Thames.

We also saw the people that marched in protest of the government cuts but luckely when it was still calm. We did not see the violence later that night, because we went to the O2 Arena for a concert of THE SCRIPT. They were AMAZING! Also special guest Clare Maguire was really good! We were so excited we could go to this concert, because it was all sold out but we could get last minute tickets one week ago. We really had an amazing night at the O2! And the ticket was much cheaper than their concert in Amsterdam, and the O2 is much bigger then any venue in the Netherlands I guess In short, this concert was FANTASTIC!
I bought my first ever fan poster and I bought my second concert merchandise t-shirt (first one was a t-shirt of Rammstein at a hard rock and metal festival few years ago so that's quiet different music )

This morning, we went to the Tate Modern, a beautiful museum of modern art. And then I had to get back to the airport again to get my flight. Now I am back home again in the Netherlands and the whole weekend and the concert feel quiet unreal.

So I had an amazing weekend! I'll upload some pictures soon.
